Dimos Karagiannis was born in Serres Greece in 1985. Later he moved with his family to Thessaloniki, Greece where he was raised and still lives until today. His love and passion for animation led him to study animation and illustration for two years, from 2008 to 2009. His studies opened a window to a whole new chapter in his life and he started tattooing professionally in 2010. He started his career as an apprentice at Pair A Dice Tattoo Studio in Thessaloniki where he resided as an artist until 2015. In the meantime he developed his own personal style which consists of graphic design, photoshop and watercolor with splashes. Since the beginning of 2015 he travels a lot and frequently does guest spots in studios all over Europe and Usa.
I work in Kamea Tattoo Shop in Łódź, Poland. I specialize in neotraditional style with a bit of my own flavour to it. Incorporating elements of realism the painting style tattoos of Yalovik look amazing. The realism tattoos of Maksim Yalovik are a little different from the realism you’re used… – with a brilliant painting-like style, Yalovik’s tattoos look as if they’ve come straight off a canvas with a brush stroke look that you can’t help but admire. What really makes his tattoos standout, however, is how he combines the painting style with a touch of realism to create a stunning tattoo. You’ll be hard-pressed to find an artist who does this style as good as Yalovik and with such quality.
